I went to the shopping mall recently and located a fitness shop that sells exercising machines. I only saw treadmills and bicycles there but I was looking for an inversion therapy table. For those of you who don't know, an inversion table is a sort of equipment that you can use to relief weight off your back/spine. It works by stretching you a bit when it is inverted so that you spine is straightened.

Well, as someone who spends a lot of time at the office sitting down, I would prefer using something like an inversion table to work of those negative effects of gravity on my back and this equipment does just that.

I've being having some back pain and was sure I needed some kind of equipment like that to counteract the effects of gravity on the spine. An inversion table works by hooking your feet at one end and them allow you to hang at the other end a bit to the ground for full back stretching. A couple of sessions with an inversion table would surely relieve back pain as I've seen in some YouTube videos.

So, I went to several shopping malls in Lagos Nigeria but was not able to find any and I'm wondering why. Ordinarily, I got to know about it when doing a search on Amazon.com and it sells for roughly $150. I won'd mind paying for it in Nigeria if I could find it but it is just scarce and I'm afraid that if I eventually find one, it may not be an original.

Anyway, for now, I've just saved the equipment in my wish list at Amazon so that I may be able to eventually buy it sometime in the future.

I do shop for a lot of products online at Amazon but not for heavy equipment like this one. For something that weights over 46lbs, it's going to cost over $1000 just for shipping it to Nigeria via air. So I guess for now, the best deal is to wait for importers to bring it in via the sea port.

I noticed that it's now being sold on Konga for about N40,000. It's a good place to buy it
